Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate, consistent Supply Chain data in Workday and related systems and translating that data into actionable insights for Supply Chain leadership. This role performs ongoing data quality monitoring, audits, validation, and issue resolution; supports process and system changes through testing and documentation; and builds recurring and ad hoc reporting to drive improvements in Procurement, Inventory Management, Storage, and Distribution. The position partners with Supply Chain stakeholders, vendors, and IT to support interfaces, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure reliable reporting and analytics.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
Basic Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn and support Workday reporting and Supply Chain data processes. Demonstrated ability to validate data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders. Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and discretion. Must be a self-starter, action-oriented, and committed to data integrity and continuous improvement.
