CANYON DEVELOPMENT DBA AMANBGIRI Back Server-Restaurant (Temporary) in CANYON POINT, Utah

Back Server - Canyonland Development 1 LP dba Amangiri, Canyon Point, UT. Eight (8) Full-time Temporary Workers - 04/01/2026 -- 10/31/2026.

Job Site Location: 1 Kayenta Road, Canyon Point, UT 84741.

Duties: Facilitate food service. Clean tables; remove dirty dishes; replace soiled table linens; set tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes. Supply service bar with food; and serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons. Includes food running to the guest tables and banquet areas. Also will include some setup for catering and banquet events. Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Aman Resorts.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, sit, and twist. Must be able to lift heavy loads up to 75lbs. Must Speak, read, and write the English language and communicates in a clear and congenial manner, with our guests, visitors, and employees. Must be able to hear verbal instructions, directions, and warnings. Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and flex arms, walk up and down stairs/inclines, sit, climb up/down ladders, or stand for up to 5 hours at a time. Performs repetitive hand and arm movements. Position will be working indoors and outdoors, in various climates including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.

Shifts vary and range from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. 35 hours per week. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Business is open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on occupancy and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. Base hourly pay is $8.00 plus service gratuities, guaranteeing a minimum of $15.46 per hour. $23.19 per hour for OT when available. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Employer will conduct criminal background check prior to offer of employment for those who have worked in the United States previously. Employer will use a single workweek to compute wage due. Employer uses a Sunday - Saturday workweek as the standard for computing wages due and are paid biweekly. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. Employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Workers have the option to live in employer provided housing. Employee only shared housing will be available with costs at $115.38 weekly. Housing costs will be payroll deducted if employee elects to make use of them. Housing deposit of $500 deducted bi-weekly, $100 per payroll. Employer will provide one meal per shift, uniform shirt, pants, and hat, and daily transportation to/from housing and work locations.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer will provide subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging). If the workers require reimbursement for any transportation cost (including meals and lodging), the employer will reimburse workers in the first week. Upon completion of the employment period or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
