Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated team lead who is bi-lingual in Spanish and English, with the potential to be promoted into a supervisor role as the company expands. The ideal candidate will manage all crews in the future. This role requires travel to North Carolina for 4-6 weeks for training with an experienced crew. Responsibilities include covering and securing large stacks of hay bales using heavy tarps, performed outdoors in various weather conditions. The position requires strength, stamina, and reliability, and is not suited for those seeking light-duty work. Expect repetitive lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
Responsibilities
Travel to customer sites to secure large stacks of hay bales with heavy tarps.
Perform outdoor work in all weather conditions, requiring strength and stamina.
Engage in repetitive lifting, climbing, and pulling tarps.
Work at heights safely and efficiently.
Ensure dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Follow safety procedures diligently.
Essential Skills
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
Ability to pass an MVR
Comfort with physically demanding work
Valid driver's license preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Agricultural or construction experience is a plus
Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions
Ability to lift, pull, and maneuver large tarps
Ability to climb on and around stacked hay safely

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
