Job Title: Sourcing Specialist (6-Month Contract)
Location: Remote (Work from Home) — Resides anywhere within the US (AZ, Central US, or nearby regions a plus).
Salary: $32.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (local time)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Specialist for a 6-month contract to support our G&E recruiting needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of mid-level recruiting experience, some familiarity with technology recruitment is a plus, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for various positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Manage the full sourcing process from sourcing to initial screening.
Maintain and update candidate database with detailed notes and feedback.
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to provide high-quality pipelines and excellent candidate experiences.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting or sourcing.
Experience with tech hiring is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively with teams across the US.
