About the Role

Join 3E, a global leader helping organizations make intelligent, sustainable decisions. We provide innovative data, technology, and expertise to help clients stay compliant, operate safely, and drive sustainability performance.

We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead complex SDS authoring initiatives for a strategic enterprise client. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will bring deep GHS knowledge, practical authoring expertise, and strong project leadership to deliver compliant, high-quality SDS solutions across global teams.

In this role, you won't just produce technical documentation --- you will serve as a trusted regulatory partner. You will confidently represent and explain our classifications, methodologies, and compliance decisions to clients, ensuring they understand the rationale behind our work. You are comfortable discussing complex regulatory topics, defending conclusions when needed, and navigating technical questions with clarity and professionalism. At the same time, you approach conversations with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, building alignment, not friction, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

If you are customer-focused, technically rigorous, and confident in communicating and standing behind your regulatory decisions in a thoughtful and constructive way, we would love to connect with you.

  • Oversee quality, consistency, and on-time delivery of SDS authoring projects.
  • Provide clear reporting, regulatory insights, and recommendations to support client decision-making and long-term partnership success.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement (approximately 10%)

  • Partner with internal technical, regulatory, and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
