Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits
Seeking an expert Multi-Axis & Mill-Turn Numerical Control (NC) Programmer to join a premier manufacturing team in Canton, Ohio. Focusing on the production of precision rolls for rolling mills and advanced industrial products. We are looking for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between complex engineering and shop-floor execution. You will not only program multi-axis machines but also play a vital role in training and mentoring Union operators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program & Optimize: Develop multi-axis machine programs for complex industrial rolls.
• Lead & Train: Act as a technical mentor for Union machine operators.
• Collaborate: Partner with a team of programmers to improve quality, performance, and automation methods.
• Innovate: Work with stakeholders to identify and implement electrical and mechanical automation solutions.
Requirements:
• Education: Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Software Mastery: 8+ years of AutoCAD & Inventor (2D/3D); fluency in Esprit CAM or similar.
• Technical Depth: 8+ years of programming experience, including 5-axis milling and macro programming (Siemens & Fanuc).
• Niche Expertise: Exposure to Mill-Turn technology and WFL Crash Guard is a major plus.
• Leadership: Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-stakes teamwork environment.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
