Business Intelligence Manager needed in Canton, OH.

• Design and create business intelligence tools and systems by coordinating and executing pilots, prototypes, or proof of concepts, and provide validation on specific scenarios.
• Build and maintain custom dashboards to provide up-to-date summaries of business data for leadership team members.
• Create and maintain a library of flowcharts, BI repositories, input templates, and model code for in-house data tools.
• Synthesize current clients' claim data to generate analysis and recommendations based on client needs.
• Streamline and automate AWS ETLdata workflows and validate data accuracy.
• Automate monthly client reports and fulfill client requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, and systems.
• Provide informational updates regarding data tools and outputs at staff meetings as needed.
• Maintain and check existing data tools, dashboards, and report outputs to ensure they are running properly and meet data security compliance.
• Coordinate with internal department members and other stakeholders to identify needs and requirements to design, build, and test new intelligence tools utilizing Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Record specifications for business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the development of organizational data strategy, adoption, and growth.
• Manage department employee(s) by developing skills, providing challenging opportunities for career growth, and giving constructive and timely feedback.
• Allocate and review work, provide guidance, and work with the team to set and achieve objectives.
• Prepare audit data packs and support internal/external reviews for client reconciliation performance.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Analytics.
• Proficiency in MySQL, Tableau, Python, R, and NLP Application.
