Description
We are looking for a Mailroom Clerk to join this office in Canton, MA. This coverage will be on call/as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in the mailroom.
• Coordinate with team members to manage mail distribution schedules.
• Track and record mail-related activities as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients or team members regarding mail inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in mail services.
• Provide support during peak times or special projects related to mail services.
Requirements
• Previous experience in mail services or a similar role.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
