We’re partnering with a well‑established manufacturing/engineering company in the South Hills that needs a Material Handler (Office / Inventory Support Focus) to backfill their accounting and operations team for a 5‑month contract, with the potential to extend up to one year. This is a fully onsite role where your attention to detail and system accuracy will directly support production, planning, and decision‑making.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the intersection of inventory, systems, and operations—with limited physical handling and a strong emphasis on ERP/WMS accuracy and documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP/WMS system

  • Process material receipts, transfers, and issues electronically

  • Coordinate material movement with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams

  • Prepare documentation for material requests, audits, and cycle counts

  • Research discrepancies and resolve inventory variances

  • Generate inventory and usage reports for operations and management

  • Support scheduling and planning by ensuring system data accuracy

  • Serve as a reliable, detail‑oriented support function for operations and accounting teams
