Ideal candidates have 2+ years of business to business customer service experience, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Assess and understand customer needs and expectations Respond to customer calls and emails Process sales orders and quotations Advise customers on products and follow up on service requests to ensure resolution Support regional vendors as needed and track shipments to ensure timely delivery Facilitate communications between customers, sales representatives, technicians, and customer service representatives Requirements 2+ years of business to business customer service experience The ability to speak fluent French or Spanish is a plus!
