Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team on a long-term contract in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organization, including overseeing cash flow, managing month-end processes, and maintaining accurate financial documentation. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of cash flow management, including forecasting, analysis, and reporting.

• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end close processes.

• Maintain and organize critical financial documentation to ensure compliance and accessibility.

• Conduct regular cash flow modeling to support business planning and decision-making.

• Prepare detailed financial reports and present them to senior leadership as needed.

• Identify and address potential financial risks, ensuring the company’s financial stability.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.

• Provide support and guidance to the finance team, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

• Assist in strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations. Requirements • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a Controller role.

• Proficiency in cash flow analysis, forecasts, and modeling.

• Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting.

• Exceptional organizational skills for managing financial documentation.

• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and guide teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
