Right now, we are seeking a bright and energised Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our national Talent Acquisition team based in Cannon Hill, QLD. Join our team of outstanding people with expertise across a wide variety of disciplines and position yourself at the forefront of tomorrow’s capabilities.

This role will work within the National Talent Acquisition team to support our TA Advisors and Leads to ensure that the candidate experience is second to none. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role requires strong organisation skills, detail orientation and the ability to work with pace.

The successful candidate will interact positively and collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling a range of interviews and phone screens for multiple candidates, stakeholders and TA advisors on a daily basis

  • Timely candidate communication and updating the Applicant Tracking System in real time.

  • Coordinating reference and background checks and liaising with our provider and candidates as necessary

  • Monitoring and updating postings to required job boards

  • Assisting in weekly reporting

  • Ensuring candidate and business stakeholder inquiries coming to the recruitment inbox are dealt with appropriately

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Highly organised and motivated with a strong work ethic which is demonstrated via a strong customer service orientation.

  • A flexible approach to supporting the team and adaptable when there are changes in priorities

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and attention to detail, ensuring documents and emails are proofread before sending to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

  • A proactive and energetic style with enthusiasm to learn and develop

  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at https://www.agsva.gov.au/applicants/eligibility-suitability
