Aggreko Rehire Planner in Cannock, United Kingdom
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Rehire Planner based in Cannock on a fixed term basis until September 2026 .
You’ll support our operations by sourcing equipment and contractors, maintaining supplier documentation, and driving continuous improvement across our procurement and rehiring processes.
What you’ll do as Rehire Planner:
• Liaise with internal Sales and Technical teams to understand equipment specifications and source from approved suppliers.
• Source specialist contractors as required.
• Ensure procurement activities are sustainable, ethical, and aligned with company values.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing.
• Work collaboratively with schedulers and customer service teams to ensure coordinated and timely communication.
• Manage supplier and contractor documentation including inspection certificates, RAMS, and test certificates.
• Maintain and update the Supplier Directory.
• Deliver a professional, value‑adding service that drives continuous improvement.
You are:
• Proficient in Microsoft platforms with strong administrative skills.
• A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Experienced working in a fast‑paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to think laterally, solve problems, and work within policy guidelines.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Positive towards change and supportive of continuous improvement.
• Customer‑focused with a commitment to enhancing customer experience.
