In this role, you will provide vital support to individuals on their recovery journey, helping foster a safe and encouraging environment where healing happens.What Youll DoAs a Residential Technician , you will play a hands-on role in supporting residents through their recovery process by:
- Maintaining a secure, structured, and supportive living environment
- Administering medications in accordance with established guidelines
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
- Providing transportation to appointments and essential activities
- Offering emotional support, encouragement, and guidance

Who Were Looking ForWe are seeking candidates who have a heart for helping others and meet the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- License: Valid drivers license
- Certifications: CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain onsite)
- Medication Support: Ability to obtain Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certifications
- Experience: Preference for candidates with at least one year of consistent work history or experience in treatment/human services
- Training: Willingness to complete Narcan administration training
- Additional Requirements: Must pass a background check and adhere to a drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
