Hilton Payroll Officer in Cancun, Mexico
What will I be doing?

Coordinate the submission of personnel incidents, ensuring clarity and proper attention to any questions or clarifications from the payroll administrators.
- Ensure that all team members comply with their timeclock registrations.
- Make sure the timeclock devices operate correctly and monitor the migration of time punches in case it is not performed automatically.
- Ensure that at the end of each Team Member’s employment cycle, they leave the property with the signed severance calculation and all required documentation for payment.
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all Team Members.
- Perform calculations for severances and final settlements.
- Provide direct assistance to Team Members regarding any payroll-related questions.
- Assign meal/benefit card vouchers.
- Follow up on internal audit requests.
