The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving revenue growth and brand visibility within the charitable gaming industry. This part-time position supports sales and rental objectives through proactive prospecting, relationship management, and strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, customer-focused professional who excels in consultative selling, lead development, and account management while maintaining strong internal communication and reporting standards. Key Responsibilities-Sales & Business Development: Actively promote and market company products, services, and amenities through cold calling, networking, and distribution of marketing materials. Maximize sales potential within an assigned territory by applying competitive, solution-based sales techniques and in-depth knowledge of company offerings and market dynamics. Leverage company-provided leads to expand the customer base and consistently follow up to drive conversions. Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities to increase sales volume and account penetration. Promote and sell products, services, and related accessories using suggestive and value-driven sales approaches to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals. Prepare and present price quotations, product details, warranty information, and accessory options tailored to customer needs. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business gatherings to strengthen market presence and generate new leads. Develop and maintain a robust network of business contacts within the charitable gaming industry. Communicate key product and service information that enhances brand credibility and strengthens the company's professional image. Receive, manage, and resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in the planning, scheduling and promoting of company trade shows and education seminars conducted annually. Prepare and submit weekly sales activity reports, including account activity, outstanding proposals, secured proposals, and lost opportunities, with complete and accurate documentation. Create and maintain organized, up-to-date account files and records within the assigned territory. Compose professional business correspondence, summaries, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations for prospective and existing customers. Maintain regular communication with management to escalate and resolve customer issues and support strategic decision-making. Assist in compiling budget-related information and sales forecasts as needed. Operational & Professional Responsibilities Exercise independent judgment and decision-making during peak periods or time-sensitive situations. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support business objectives. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Four to six years of related sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings. Solid mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret basic sales data and reports. Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills, with the ability to apply common sense and sound judgment in standardized situations. Proficiency with basic computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software. Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a part-time role.
