About the Role
As a Senior o9 Technical Architect, you will make a meaningful impact by leading Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations as an independent contributor. You will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, architecture development, and guiding clients on o9 and industry best practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
In This Role, You Will:
Take full ownership of the system or product from a solution architecture perspective
Plan, design, and define the overall structure of complex technology solutions
Translate business and system requirements into clear technical guidance for development teams
Oversee assigned programs, including conducting code reviews and providing technical mentorship to team members
Monitor and evaluate systems to ensure alignment with both user needs and business objectives

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON. What You Need to Be Considered
10+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise
2+ years of experience in o9 solution implementation
Proven experience with data integration and ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, Informatica, AWS Glue, and Azure Data Factory
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning concepts, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Distribution Planning, Procurement Planning, and S&OP
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Databricks, Airflow, Hive, Hadoop, or similar technologies

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until 04/03/2026.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to plan terms and individual performance.
