R&D Regional Systems Functional Analyst in Campinas, Brazil

What are we looking for?

· Experience in R&D, Quality, R&D systems, Supply or DT/Business partnership preferred

· Experience with Atlas, Nexus, ERP Agnostic, Salesforce, Trinity, and SQA systems preferred

· Experience with Power Platforms (Apps, PowerAutomate, PBI) and advanced Excel and/or other data analytics tools preferred.

· Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

· Experience in Training facilitation preferred.

· Fluent in English

· Bachelor’s degree in science, IT systems, food science is desirable.

· Strong data analysis capability.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Key User Support and Knowledge Management:

Provide key user support as a point of escalation for system issues.
Strong support for development and maintenance of key/end user training curriculum and training materials.
Develops and maintains testing documentation (testing scenarios, scripts).
Performance review of service level effectiveness (incident trends, SLAs) to drive continuous improvements.
Partners with development team to support resolution of system issues/bugs.
Drives rapid response to “Code Red” incidents and support technical teams by providing functional input into analysis, solutioning, testing and approval.

Governance (Business Process and Data Quality):

Supports regional FEs in process/ data quality compliance and root cause analysis of gaps with key users/end users.
Performs data analysis of Traceability issues or Regulatory queries as requested by Data Custodians.

Operational Support and Change Management:

Incident management.
Support Regional FE in CIP management, focusing on testing (SIT, coordination of UAT and End-to-end testing).
Works closely with MDT (Mars Digital Technologies) team on impact assessment of system changes.
Define of system test case scenarios based on business requirements.
Provides input to Data council and Corporate R&D team on reporting improvements and data analysis tools.

New Capability Deployment:

Supports Functional Expert in deployment activities by executing data and process analysis.
Manages deployment-related development requests (CIs) and service tickets.
Supports Key/end user training journey (defining curriculum, developing training materials, executing training sessions, supports hyper-care).
