Join Our Team as an Area Community Manager – Lead Multi-Site Operations and Drive Excellence Across Our Communities!
Are you a strategic leader, a collaborative coach, and a driving force for community success? Morgan Properties is hiring an Area Community Manager to oversee multiple communities in the Syracuse portfolio. This is an opportunity to lead multiple teams, drive consistency across sites, and play a key role in achieving regional goals.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop site team members, driving operational consistency and team performance.
Oversee resident relations, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues and promoting a welcoming community environment.
Manage day-to-day property operations, including inspections, maintenance oversight, and service delivery.
Drive financial performance, including budget achievement, rent collections, and vendor management.
Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on strategic initiatives, capital projects, and operational improvements.
What We Expect from You:
Strong leadership and coaching background.
Proven results in operations, resident relations, and budget management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

What You Can Expect from Us:
Base Pay: $88,000 - $104,000 / year
