Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Cameron Park, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and attentive welcome.
• Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
• Provide concierge-level services, assisting clients and guests with various needs.
• Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Handle switchboard operations for phone systems with 1-10 lines, ensuring smooth communication flow.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, offering accurate information and solutions.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
• Demonstrate =+ years of experience demeanor and appearance while representing the company.
• Address client and visitor inquiries with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Requirements • Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain organization in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with concierge services and providing exceptional client support.
• Competence in basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.
• Attention to detail and a demeanor suitable for a client-facing role.
