Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Assemble parts to create complete units or subassemblies following detailed instructions and diagrams.
Utilize hand tools, small power tools, and other specialized equipment safely and effectively.
Perform rework or reassembly of units when required to meet quality and production standards.
Follow all written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.
Communicate any issues, delays, or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
At least two years of relevant training or experience in plastics fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Basic proficiency with hand tools, small power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials or components as required.
Compensation Information:
$19.00/hr
