ITW Mechanical Assembler II in Camdenton, Missouri

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components to create finished units or subassemblies according to specifications.

  • Operate hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.

  • Follow detailed written instructions, diagrams, and verbal directions to complete tasks.

  • Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality, accuracy, and functionality.

  • Reassemble, repair, or adjust units when defects or issues are identified.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

  • Report material shortages, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervision.

  • Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and production procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant training or hands-on assembly experience.

  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions.

  • Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift, move, or position materials up to 40 lbs as needed.

  • Repetitive hand and wrist movements.

  • Ability to work in various positions including bending, reaching, or leaning.

Compensation Information:

$18.40 - $19.00/hr
