Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle payroll processing for 101-500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage multi-state payroll operations, adhering to varying state-specific regulations.
• Calculate, file, and reconcile payroll taxes in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain employee records.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all payroll activities.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
• Conduct regular audits to verify payroll accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and tax administration.
• Proficiency in handling full-cycle payroll for medium-sized organizations (101-500 employees).
• Experience managing multi-state payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for addressing employee and team inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
