As our Sr. Maintenance Reliability Engineer you will be the primary catalyst for operational transformation - re-engineering technical standards to achieve world-class performance. You will own the Planned Maintenance (PM) standards, lead a multi-disciplinary technical team, and drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap to maximize throughput in the Packaging Area.

Responsibilities

  • Reliability Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy (Safety, PM, PdM, and Training) aligned with Global Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) initiatives.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the full Work Order lifecycle in SAP PM/EAM, ensuring 100% schedule adherence and data integrity.

  • Continuous Improvement: Lead high-impact Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM projects to optimize equipment availability and reduce changeover times (SMED).

  • Asset Management: Systematically optimize the SAP PM library to eliminate non-value-add tasks and manage spare parts inventory.

  • Predictive Evolution: Shift the site from reactive to proactive maintenance by implementing sensor strategies and PdM programs (vibration, infrared, etc.).

  • Leadership & Culture: Direct Maintenance Planners, Technicians, and Electricians while fostering operator ownership through Autonomous Maintenance (AM).

  • Financial & Safety Oversight: Manage the annual R&M budget and ensure 100% compliance with EHS, GMP, and Quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field

  • 6+ years experience in high-speed manufacturing with a proven track record of improving Operational Excellence, Unplanned Downtime, and Material Loss

  • Advanced SAP Plant Maintenance user; proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller systems, instrumentation, and Root Cause Analysis

  • Proven success facilitating at least 3 Continuous Improvement events with documented Return on Investment or uptime improvement

  • Deep understanding of OSHA and GMP standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fast Moving Consumer Goods experience

  • CMRP or CRL certification.

  • Green Belt certification (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent).

  • Equivalent specialized military or industrial experience will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
