About RSI Lotus Grace:
Located on a serene 20-acre hobby farm in Cambridge, MN, RSI’s Lotus Grace IRTS & RCS setting is designed to support up to five people. The mission at Lotus Grace is to assist in addressing mental health in our community by providing services aimed to meet the immediate support needs of people experiencing mental health crises in a licensed residential setting. Our unique nature-based setting, complete with a variety of farm animals, creates a peaceful environment for healing, growth, and recovery.
What You’ll do as a Certified Peer Specialist:
As a Certified Peer Specialist, you will work with the treatment team to implement treatment plans and services for adults experiencing psychiatric instability. You will promote individualized recovery goals, self-sufficiency, self-advocacy, and development of natural supports in accordance with the service recipient’s treatment plan
Minimum Education Required
A high school diploma or equivalent and meet all of the following peer specialist qualification requirements:
Have been diagnosed with a mental illness;
Be a current or former mental health services recipient; and
Have a valid certification as a mental health certified peer specialist under section 256B.0615 or successfully complete the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services approved Certified Peer Specialist training and certification exam upon hire.
