Overview
Compensation: $160,000 - $225,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

Responsibilities
Leads KPI/SLA governance, reporting, and corrective action management
Ensures integration across engineering, workplace, and subcontracted services
Owns vendor strategy and performance oversight
Maintains and manages risk register across all sites
Drives continuous improvement through data and benchmarking
Qualifications
10+ years IFM or facilities leadership experience
Strong KPI/SLA governance and reporting experience
Experience managing integrated service delivery models
Financial management and cost control experience
Life sciences or complex environment experience preferred
