Regional Pricing Manager – Commercial (Cambridge, MA)
The Regional Pricing Manager is the strategic linchpin between portfolio ambition and market reality—unlocking lost value through sharp regional pricing execution while safeguarding commercial policy with disciplined, insight-driven judgment.
Your role:
Build and evolve scalable regional pricing strategies that balance revenue, margin, and market share, proactively identifying risks and opportunities across the portfolio. These models adapt to changing market and competitive dynamics.
Drive price realization through proactive programs and disciplined execution, responding quickly to competitive moves and ensuring high-quality pricing within NPI/MLD cycles. Own core regional pricing KPIs including price realization, gross margin development, and execution quality.
Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, and Product to align pricing with business objectives and ensure market intelligence informs upstream portfolio decisions. Act as the primary pricing voice in regional business reviews.
Translate pricing performance into clear, insight-driven reporting for senior leadership, combining metrics, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations. Turn complex data into compelling commercial narratives.
Ensure strong pricing governance by enforcing Commercial Policy, legal, and SOX compliance while continuously improving pricing processes and tools. Embed best-in-class pricing practices to raise commercial capability and discipline across regional teams.
You're the right fit if:
You have 7+ years of experience in pricing, adjacent to broader commercial services experience in sales and/or marketing, operating as an individual contributor.
You bring strong analytical skills and are able to synthesize Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analyses into effective pricing strategies and programs; bonus skills include cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in (Business) Economics and/or Marketing; Masters degree is preferred.
You demonstrate a self-starting and structured mindset, are results-driven, communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and are fluent in English (written and verbal) in addition to the local language.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
