Posting Description
EVENT PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Executive Education, to manage logistics including pre, post, and on-site coordination of full event lifecycle; pivot easily between the different tasks required for planning on-site and live online program deliveries; organize catering needs for on-site programs including dinners and receptions; arrange external program vendors and negotiate all contracts and pricing; manage all technical aspects of live online program deliveries including participant troubleshooting, faculty training, platform exploration, and video editing; balance the requirements of numerous programs in varied stages of planning and with overlapping schedules and deadlines; participate in cross-functional project teams and proactively engages in continuous improvement of program operations; communicate with participants and clients in addition to providing a high level of support for all program faculty; collect, upload, and maintain all program website information and materials; use complex databases and learning management systems to ensure a superior customer experience; collaborate on the development and management of the program budget; forecast all projected program expenses as related to logistics; and reconcile and balance budget post program.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience; ability to provide excellent customer service, lead and deliver complex and challenging programs, and build relationships and respond to the needs of clients/customers, faculty, and program director; and the ability to multitask and work effectively in a pressured work environment with changing priorities and limited supervision. PREFERRED: Three years of business experience, preferably in executive education or a business requiring comparable skills; experience in program, event, or project management in both live online and in-person settings; and familiarity with MIT Sloan and MIT faculty.2/23/2026
