Work will be available for Peas and Corn from mid-June through the beginning of October. These dates are tentative and can be affected by the weather and crop availability. Seneca provides safe working conditions, paid overtime for hours over 40 per week, 12-hour shifts, and on-the-job training. Positions require the ability to stand, walk, bend, sit, climb, and move hands and arms to grasp and manipulate objects by pushing and pulling. Workers must also be able to work indoors or outdoors in adverse conditions, including high temperatures and humidity. Some positions require the ability to lift to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
