This role involves overseeing seasonal housing operations and managing all paperwork for employees\' daily check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities for this position include: - Completing paperwork for check-in/check-out in the housing facility - Monitoring housing grounds and facilities to ensure safety - Daily communication with the HR Department regarding any issues - Coordinating transportation to/from locations - Monitoring drivers and kitchen personnel - Performing other duties as assigned by management Qualifications for this role include: - Ability to effectively communicate with others - Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment - Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook - Supervisory experience preferred - Being bilingual in English/Spanish would be a plus Seneca Foods Corporation is committed to providing equal opportunity for all, through a positive and continuing affirmative action program.
