Job Title: Electromechanical Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Electromechanical Technician, where you will be involved in mechanical assembly, point-to-point electrical wiring, soldering, and wire harness assembly. You will work in a prototype environment directly with schematics and drawings for new product builds, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Assemble harnesses, perform soldering, box assembly, and button-up tasks within the electrical assembly department.
Conduct final testing of products to ensure quality and functionality.
Work extensively with harnesses and soldering, following schematics and diagrams.
Perform mechanical assembly tasks as required.
Participate in quality assurance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities.
Essential Skills
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical prints.
Experience with electronic assembly and blueprint reading.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, with a preference for experience with shop tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses.
Prior experience with mechanical assembly, point-to-point electrical wiring, soldering, and wire harness assembly.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Basic math skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior testing and troubleshooting experience is preferred.
Experience in fabrication using mills, lathes, and drill presses.
Experience in prototype builds, R&D labs, or low-volume manufacturing environments.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camas, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
