ManpowerGroup Forklift Operator - Material Handler in Camarillo, California
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Forklift Operator - Material Handler to join their team. As a Forklift Operator - Material Handler, you will be part of the Handling Department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator - Material Handler
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay Range: $22 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift / 2pm - 1030 pm
What's the Job?
Inspect product loads for accuracy and safety before moving them around the facility
Operate industrial trucks and machinery to transport materials efficiently
Use controls to drive vehicles and move materials between loading, processing, and storage areas
Load and unload materials manually or mechanically, securing items for transport
Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining safety standards
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid forklift operator’s license required
Sit down and stand up forklift experience
0-2 years manufacturing or warehouse experience
Basic knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques
Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
