Job Title: Electronic Mechanical Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Mechanical Technician to join our team. This role involves handling small chips and components, performing inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met. The technician will follow blueprints and schematics to meet client specifications, operate assembly equipment, and work with microscopes throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Handle small chips and components using tweezers.
Perform inspection and quality assurance on own work before submission to the quality team.
Use microscopes to perform fine pitch work with very small components for the majority of the day.
Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure client specifications are met.
Prepare and clean materials and products for in-process and final assembly.
Conduct complex die attach and encapsulation using automatic/semi-automatic equipment per customer requirements.
Operate assembly equipment to complete complex assemblies using techniques such as pick-and-place, laser marking, ink pad printing, and wire bonding.
Report any quality problems or defects to management for corrective action.
Adapt to modified or assigned duties as needed to meet business requirements.
Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom setting with approximately 17 team members, segmented into commercial, test, and military groups. Enjoy a flexible 4x10 schedule with options to work Monday to Thursday from 5:30 am to 4 pm or 6 am to 4:30 pm. Lab coats and shoe coverings are provided to maintain a clean and professional work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
