Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:

Program Manager

Full-time, Exempt

Description:

The Program Manager (PM) provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Program Manager and Director of Battery Programs, supporting several initiatives that serve at-risk customers impacted by unreliable electrical circuits or circuits that lose power often to mitigate wildfire risk. Responsibilities include research, professional writing and document development, organization, quality assurance and invoicing support. This role contributes to system development and process improvement, ensuring accurate, timely data capture and reporting to support contract deliverables and KPIs. This role will manage and launch multiple programs. Additional duties include coordination with multiple subcontractors, client relations, and other cross-functional tasks essential to program execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Launch programs and manage program to meet internal client goals.

  • Contractor support and management to include: maintaining rosters, ensuring required trainings and documentation are complete, lead regular contractor meetings, ensuring contractors meet their goals by monitoring daily metrics, support troubleshooting database processes and data collection

  • Analyze program data and design reports to appropriately display performance and statistical information to track and measure progress for monthly reports and presentations, and as requested

  • Ensure Ad Hoc reports or documentation requested by client are prepared and submitted within a reasonable time or within the time requested

  • Provide internal status reports and lead team, contractor, and client meetings

  • Provide input into program development

  • Develop and keep training materials up-to-date

  • Provide internal support and direction to cross-functional teams

  • Evaluate procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

  • Monitors work plans and program timelines for accuracy and to keep the program team on time with deadlines

  • Manage invoicing tasks to support Accounting Team

  • Work autonomously with limited oversight

    Requirements:

  • Four years of experience in a professional office environment providing program management, coordinating large-scale logistics, producing reports, and performing interoffice and/or client communications.

  • Proven ability to work with a variety of stakeholders

  • Preferred:

  • Inventory management

  • Contractor management

  • Invoicing experience

  • Training experience

  • High-level writing skills

    Compensation:

  • The range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000 annually and is determined based on factors such as skills and experience
