Overview
Pay Range: $40–$45+ per hour
We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.
This role supports large-scale electrical projects throughout California, with consistent travel and an average 50-hour workweek. Strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to keep crews productive are critical.

8–10+ years foreman experience
