Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Calgary, AB
Our client is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Transformation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Description:
Support the development and documentation of business cases for strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution.
Collaborate with leadership, business units, and AI teams to capture and prioritize use cases for AI and ERP projects.
Conduct workshops to map current and future state processes, identifying key controls, data points, and technology intersections.
Track and measure value propositions and key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals and project success.
Create and support project documentation, including decision records and risk assessments, for presentation to executive committees.
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a related environment.
Strong knowledge of and experience with ERP systems, niche applications, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
