The Opportunity
Build the Future With Us - This Construction Site Supervisor role is part of our Earth & Environment Applied Solutions (EEAS) team, supporting marine and heavy civil construction projects across Canada. Your work will directly contribute to safe, resilient, and sustainable infrastructure in coastal and remote environments. This is a temporary role running from May 2026 to February 2027 on a rotational shift (two weeks on / two weeks off).
Your Impact
Supervise daily on‑site marine construction activities with strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
Administer construction contracts and technical specifications on site to ensure compliant execution.
Oversee site operating budgets and proactively manage cost control measures.
Coordinate subcontractors, labour crews, and equipment to maintain efficient project delivery.
Review and approve daily reports, track progress, and maintain accurate operational documentation.
Monitor and update the project schedule to support on‑time milestones.
Serve as the primary on‑site representative for clients and stakeholder groups.
Lead health & safety meetings, orientations, inspections, and incident reporting.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, designers, and multidisciplinary internal teams.
The Skills That Set You Apart
5 years of experience as a supervisor in marine construction or similar.
Some experience in a supervisory role in remote sites would be an asset;
Demonstrated experience in design build projects would be an asset;
Demonstrated experience in completing and maintaining daily job reports and cost control using commercially available software (i.e. Heavy Job) would be an asset;
Demonstrated experience on sites involving heavy civil engineering and/or earthworks, with some experience in either specialized geotechnical, environmental, and/or infrastructure work would be an asset; and,
Candidate must be willing to travel and work out-of-province occasionally on project sites on a rotational or full-time basis including working on night-shifts.
Ability to travel 100% and work night shifts when required.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $46.00 – $61.00
MB & ON: $42.00 – $57.80
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $41.60 – $55.20
