Senior Document Control Coordinator opportunities are available within our Rail & Transit team, supporting major infrastructure initiatives across Toronto and Calgary . Our Rail & Transit group is one of WSP’s most collaborative and connected teams, working closely with internal disciplines and external partners to deliver complex, high‑profile projects.
In this role, you will take ownership of project documentation across multiple stages of design and construction, playing a key part in ensuring information integrity, compliance, and seamless collaboration across stakeholders.
Your Impact
Manage the full lifecycle of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client and project requirements.
Support the development and execution of document management plans aligned with client systems and WSP platforms.
Oversee document control processes, driving continuous improvement and best practices across project teams.
Coordinate the controlled distribution, revision tracking, and secure storage of engineering documents and records.
Perform quality assurance reviews on outgoing submissions to ensure alignment with project standards.
Maintain master deliverables registers and provide clear, reliable document status reporting.
Build strong working relationships with clients, engineering disciplines, and external stakeholders.
The Skills That Set You Apart
10+ years of experience in document management, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or construction environments.
Advanced proficiency with document management platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Bluebeam Revu, Bentley ProjectWise , and similar systems.
Strong knowledge of document control processes, engineering documentation, and technical terminology.
Experience working with ISO standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
Confidence working with diverse teams across offices and remote environments.
Post‑secondary education is considered an asset.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 – $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
