The Opportunity
Build the Future with Us – This is your chance to be part of a team that’s shaping Alberta’s transportation infrastructure. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to regional road projects, ensuring safe, sustainable, and efficient solutions that connect communities and drive economic growth.
Your Impact
Lead and deliver regional road construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, managing contractors and ensuring quality workmanship.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions that enhance road safety and longevity.
Monitor budgets and schedules , proactively addressing risks and maintaining project timelines.
Champion sustainability , applying best practices to minimise environmental impact during construction.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Proven experience managing road construction or civil infrastructure projects , ideally in Alberta.
Strong knowledge of Alberta Transportation standards and municipal guidelines.
Comfortable working on-site with a focus on health and safety compliance .
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 – $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
