Job Title: Plumber
Job Description
We are seeking journeyman or 3rd or 4th year apprentice plumbers with commercial experience. The role involves working on various large-scale projects, primarily in the north of Calgary and Balzac.
Responsibilities
Perform above slab installations and work with copper water lines.
Install hydronic heating and cooling systems.
Handle plastic, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers installations.
Install gas lines and build mechanical rooms.
Install equipment for both plumbing and hydronic systems.
Essential Skills
Journeyman Plumber or 3rd/4th year apprentice.
Experience in commercial construction (e.g., warehouses, office buildings, retail stores, high-rises).
Proficiency in blueprint reading and gas line installations.
Possession of AWP and Fall Protection certifications.
Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
Lead experience, preferably in a foreman capacity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to travel to job sites; having a vehicle is necessary.
Experience in new commercial construction.
Capability to earn bonuses based on job completion.

Work Environment
Foremen start at 6:45 AM to prepare for the day's tasks, working from 7 AM to 3:30 PM with a 45-minute lunch break (30 minutes unpaid). Work occurs Monday to Thursday for nine hours per day, and eight hours on Friday. Required attire includes 6-inch steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, glasses, and vest, with other PPE available if needed.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr.
