Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inventory Coordinator who is eager to grow within our company long-term. This role offers mentorship during the training period and ample opportunities for professional advancement. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy in shipments and paperwork.
Responsibilities
Audit all shipments and verify the accuracy of paperwork before dispatch.
Spend 50% of the time on the computer, handling data entry for invoices, documents, and audits.
Allocate the remaining 50% of the time on the warehouse floor, ensuring the accuracy of shipping orders.
Operate within the internal SAP database and utilize Excel for data entry.
Communicate effectively with distributors and customers to address and resolve issues.
Prioritize and schedule shipments, collect bills, and handle customer inquiries.
Operate a dockstocker forklift to manage warehouse inventory.
Essential Skills
Administration experience with a focus on data entry and inventory management.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Minimum of 2 years' experience operating a dockstocker forklift.
AB certification for forklift operation.
Strong computer skills and experience in shipping and receiving coordination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a company that has implemented new software is an asset.
Familiarity with international shipping processes.
Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a bustling warehouse environment. The team consists of 16 members, working in a no-nonsense, results-driven culture. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:30 am to 6 pm, in a transit-accessible location. Experience a supportive atmosphere with minimal micromanagement, where independence and initiative are valued.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
