Honeywell Inside Sales Representative, Building Automation in Calgary, Alberta
As an Inside Sales Representative, Building Automation here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and supporting customer needs within the Building Automation sector. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance building safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work remotely out of Calgary, Alberta
In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s market presence and revenue by effectively managing customer relationships and contributing to the achievement of sales targets in the building automation market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate Honeywell building automation solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing customer requirements and market trends
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to support business planning

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably in building automation, HVAC or related industries
Minimum 5 years of experience with building HVAC & automation products and solutions
Minimum 5 years of experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience in sales within the building automation or technology sectors
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
