TEKsystems Fully Remote - Full-Stack Developer (.Net) in Calgary, Alberta
Description
*This Role is fully remote
Developers needed for a Waste and Recycling Project to create custom application. The application will be internal-facing/used by internal employees at the municipality. Full stack developer required. Project to be completed within the year. Some new code to be created with some upgrades done to an existing application.
Essential Skills
Three (3) years' experience in implementation, testing, supporting and documenting custom software development or package application solutions;
Three (3) years' experience with web and mobile frameworks such as Backbone.js, AngularJS and JQuery;
Three (3) years' experience in database technologies, database, and scripting such as Oracle or SQLServer;
Three (3) years' proven experience with industry standard programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript; and
Three (3) years' experience Demonstrated translation of business requirements into technical specifications to develop, maintain or enhance software.
Desired Skills
Experience in UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) design discipline;
Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels;
Strong customer service skills; and
Ability to work independently.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
