Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Description
Join our team as an Electrical Foreman for a multi-family 3-story build in Jasper, focusing on the electrical rebuild of an employee residence. At the current rough-in stage, you will be responsible for pulling wire, performing breaker tie-ins, running conduit, and assisting with final finishing electrical tasks, including the installation of lighting, fixtures, receptacles, and final terminations. You will manage a 15-person crew of apprentice and journeyman electricians, read and interpret site blueprints, and communicate project progress with the general contractor on site.
Responsibilities
Manage a crew of 15 electricians, including apprentices and journeymen.
Read and interpret site blueprints accurately.
Pull wire and perform breaker tie-ins.
Run conduit and assist with final finishing electrical scope.
Install lighting, fixtures, and receptacles.
Perform final terminations and distribution.
Communicate project progress with the general contractor.
Essential Skills
Experience with multi-family construction projects.
Strong communication skills to interact with end-clients and customers.
Blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Experience managing crews of 15 or more people.
Project management and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience developing client-based relationships.
PMP experience is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work a shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The site is located in Jasper, where housing is provided in two rented homes nearby. A company truck is available for commuting to and from the site each day. Enjoy $90/day LOA, including weekends, as you are expected to stay in town. Travel compensation is provided to and from your home city for statutory holidays or pre-planned vacations. Overtime is paid after 44 hours in a week.
