Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The role involves preparation, execution, documentation, and cleanup of prototype and batch qualification tests, such as burst testing, cycle testing, and drop testing. The CNC Operator will also assist in production tasks, conduct material testing, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Prepare, execute, document, and clean up after prototype and batch qualification tests.
Assist with specialized production tasks as needed.
Conduct material testing, including tensile testing of aluminum and composite materials, and document results.
Operate and test samples using data acquisition equipment.
Troubleshoot and develop manufacturing processes.
Use G-code, code interface programs, and CADCam software.
Essential Skills
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with CNC machines and controls, and basic G-code.
Experience using Microsoft Office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Project management experience.
Familiarity with general programming languages and concepts.
Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition basics.

Work Environment
The facility is located in the SE industrial area, close to the Dover neighborhood, with transit accessibility. The position operates on a compressed work schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 7 AM to 7 PM. The first day includes a facility tour and safety training. You will work in a fast-paced environment on a team of four, reporting to the Product Engineering Manager.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
