Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance efforts and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This role oversees the company’s Quality Management System, manages audits, and drives quality initiatives across departments. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–8 years of manufacturing quality experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and familiarity with quality standards and methodologies. Responsibilities
Maintain quality documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
Develop testing and inspection procedures to ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods.
Oversee quality checks before products leave the facility and inspect incoming products from customers.
Coordinate quality activities and participate as a member of the Sr. staff.
Conduct ISO 9001:2015 audits and manage compliance.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly and address non-conformances.
Manage scrap numbers and collaborate closely with the molding department to minimize scrap during production startup.
Supervise a team of four direct reports, including three quality technicians on the first shift and one on the second shift.
Essential Skills
5-8 years of experience in manufacturing quality management.
Expertise in ISO 9001 standards and audits.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with injection molding.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in quality management systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related industrial, scientific, or business field.
Professional certifications in quality management are a plus.
Experience with ERP systems.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and communication skills.
Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing environment with a focus on plastic injection molding. It involves overseeing quality assurance across shifts with a team of quality technicians. The work requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
