Job Title: Production & Packaging Associate

Location: Racine, WI

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Paid Lunch)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production & Packaging Associate to join a growing team in Racine, WI. This role involves supporting the production and packaging of mineral-based soil supplements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fill and seal product bags accurately and efficiently

  • Palletize and wrap finished goods

  • Move pallets using a forklift

  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products

  • Assist with production line start-up, shutdown, and ongoing cleanup

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Prior forklift experience required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

  • Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift

  • Frequent bending and physical activity required

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
