Aerotek Maintenance Technician - ANY SHIFT in Caledonia, Wisconsin
Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description
This position involves diagnosing and repairing problems on all production equipment, as well as assisting with the maintenance of the building and facility systems. You will be responsible for servicing and routine maintenance of the chilled water system, compressed air system, and HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities
Determine need for repairs for machinery and equipment, requisition needed parts, and plan for and complete the needed repairs.
Lubricate machines and equipment as needed.
Assist with the installation of new machines.
Maintain building and surrounding grounds.
Use all proper safety devices, such as Lock Out Tag Out.
Maintain a constant alert for hazardous conditions and correct them or bring them to the attention of the department lead.
Maintain compliance with ISO and all other documented procedures.
Lead preventative maintenance requirements on all equipment.
Work with all voltages of electricity, specifically 480V.
Essential Skills
3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician repairing production equipment.
3 years of experience with hydraulics.
3 years of experience with pneumatics.
1+ year of electrical troubleshooting.
Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, blueprint reading, and electrical troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Die Cast Maintenance is very nice to have.
PLC/PLC Programming skills are nice to have.
Experience with die casting, PLC control, and PLC programming.
Experience in diecasting and molding.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Caledonia, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr.
You are eligible for all Quick Cable benefit plans, including the 401(k)-retirement plan. The 401(k) company match is 50% of the first 4% that you contribute. You will be auto enrolled into the 401(k) the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment. All other benefits including medical, dental, vision, voluntary disability, and group life insurance, begin the first of the month following 30 days of continuous full-time employment. You are eligible for tuition reimbursement following one year of continuous full-time employment.
