Job Title: General Assembler - Level 1
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production workers, focusing on Helmet and Tee Assembly. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and production of top-notch sporting goods.
Responsibilities
Cut helmet carbon patterns using a pattern cutting machine and prepare them for molding.
Prepare and apply resin mixture and manage mold cavities for helmet production.
Monitor the molding process and inspect helmets for defects, ensuring they meet specifications.
Build tee subassemblies and finished assemblies using various tools and equipment.
Essential Skills
Experience in assembly and production, including the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to operate machinery and perform manual assembly.
Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to read measurements involving fractions and decimals.

Dress comfortably in jeans or shorts, with toe-covered shoes required. Work hours are 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CALEDONIA, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
