Dairy Queen in Caldwell, OH is seeking to hire Part Time Shift Leaders
Hours: Mon-Sun 8AM-4PM and 4PM-9PM shifts 20-25 Hrs. per week
Job Description:
Handle routine customer complaints
Value speed of service and take initiative to eliminate workflow bottlenecks
Build relationships with return patrons
Aid management in training and coaching staff to drive store performance
Develop written schedules to ensure proper staffing
Maintain a positive relationship with staff -Model and enforce safe food handling practices -Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment -Know how to act in an emergency
This is a friendly work environment opportunity. Previous food service and leadership is a plus, but not necessary
